A balance is missing
Confirm the selected network, account and exact token identifier. Look up the known public address on the correct block explorer and compare the transaction status. A missing custom token, stale indexer or incorrect network view can hide a balance. Do not import a recovery phrase into a website to make a balance appear.
A transfer or swap is pending
Check the transaction hash before submitting again. Consider native gas, network congestion, nonce order, quote expiry and provider status. In a cross-chain route, source confirmation does not prove destination delivery. Retain the quote reference, source hash, expected destination and any refund information.
Recovery or an update fails
Keep the original device and application intact until an independent recovery route is verified. Compare known addresses for each network family; one recovered EVM account does not establish Solana or Bitcoin recovery. For backup-based recovery, check the backup file, credentials and service availability. Share public diagnostic details only, never secrets.
